Privacy commitment

Protecting your personal data is an absolute priority. Schama is designed to fully respect your privacy. No personal data is collected, sold or shared for commercial or advertising purposes.

Your 3D files are never copied

Schama references your 3D files at their original location (Files, iCloud Drive) rather than copying them. Only the metadata you enter (name, notes, tags, print history) is stored by the application.

If you explicitly choose to “duplicate to iCloud”, a copy of the file is placed in the iCloud Drive folder you configured — that action remains entirely under your control.

Data collection and storage

All the metadata in your catalog is stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is transferred and stored securely in your personal Apple account (CloudKit). We have no access to that data: it stays strictly confidential and under the exclusive control of your Apple Account.

Tracking data and third-party tools

• No trackerThe app embeds no third-party analytics tool (Google Analytics, Firebase and the like).
• No advertisingThe app contains no advertising network and no cross-app ad tracking.

On-device artificial intelligence

The summary generated for each object is produced locally on your device using Apple’s built-in technologies (Vision). No image and no data is sent to an external server.

Diagnostic and crash data

If you agreed with Apple to share diagnostic information with developers, anonymous error reports may reach us through Apple App Store Connect. That data is purely technical and can never identify you.

Your rights and data deletion

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you retain full control of your data:

• DeletionYou can delete your objects and libraries at any time from within the app, or by uninstalling the app from your device.
• iCloud backupYou can manage or delete the data stored in iCloud from your Apple device’s system settings (Settings ▸ Apple Account ▸ iCloud ▸ Manage Storage).
